DirectRooms.com can announce that the Annual Celtic Food and Drink Festival is to take place in Perth on Sunday, 24th April 2011. The event is to take place at The Scottish Crannog Centre, with admission fees applicable from £6.50 for adults, £5.75 for seniors,£4.50 for children and £21 for family tickets.

The Scottish Crannog Centre is a five star venue and well equipped for the festival. It is easily accessible and can be reached by car or bus. There is ample parking on site and full facilities. Guests staying at any of the Perth hotels can expect a full day of exhibitions and activities focusing on the cuisine of the Iron Age. Cooking demonstrations will take place, including spit-roasting meat, natural drinks, clay-baked and smoked fish, and crannog stew.
