Roy Excavating, Inc., a leading site excavation contractor based in Manassas, VA, is pleased to announce that the company is celebrating its tenth year in business. When founded in 1999, J.D. Roy Excavating owned one backhoe and dump truck. The company now owns an extensive fleet of heavy equipment, performing turnkey residential, commercial and municipal site development work throughout Northern and Central Virginia with single projects ranging in value from $100K to over $3M.
