We have added mutiple services since we started. We already had on on good base of web design, programming, telesales and live chat assistants. The company has seen tremendous growth in the admin/business assistant services. According to CEO, Vineet Narang, our telesales assistants specifically for software product companies has found lot of traction in the market. We now have 6 US software companies for whom we have set up tier 1 lead generation and business development teams."
The company also provides lead verification agents to verify leads for its customers. Xceedagents hires senior call center people and MBAs to serve its diverse range customers.
Unlike existing smaller players in the market, Xceedagents provides a professional setup, 24 hour operation, project management tools, call tracking and online reporting and task management systems.
