In words of one of the resort\'s staff, \"Manzi Monate is like a good wine - it improves with age.\" And I have to say, from my objective viewpoint, having first visited the resort some 4years ago and having recently been back - she is right!
The park-like open areas and gardens are stunning and the green grass and inviting shade of Manzi\'s magnificent trees inspire everything that a \"break-away from it all\" should be - lazy days, gentle strolls, family fun and maybe even a dreamy snooze under a tree after a scrumptious picnic.
The recent completion of a major refurbishment program has moved Manzi Monate into a whole new class within the industry. When the board of directors first announced, in 2004, that they would be proceeding with the upgrade of the chalets, the reality of a complete makeover and refurbishment, as well as the addition of another bedroom and a second bathroom - even with the aid of the artist\'s impressions provided at the time - was impossible to imagine, to the extent that this undertaking has actually been executed.
