WPFG Studios Producers Attend Large Industry Mixer At Sandust Productions

Press Release Summary: Austin, Texas, May 04, 2008: William and Robin Blesch, producers at WPFG Studios and members of the Wolfpack film group in Austin, Tx. met and mixed with other Texas film industry professionals at Sandust Productions, owned by Sandi Schneiderman and Dustin Cross.
Press Release Body: The event was organized by Angela Lee, an Austin based film producer, and staff attorney at the Texas Advocacy Project and hosted at the Sandust Production facilities. Those in attendance included director of photography, Phil Curry and producer Gary Chason, both fresh off the independent feature film, “God Thinks You’re a Loser.” Other filmmakers in attendance included Chris Obal of Counter Clockwork Films, Randy Brown of Brown Rag Films, Paul Bright of Silly Bunny Pictures and director of the gay and lesbian indie feature film, “Angora Ranch”, as well as William and Robin Blesch of WPFG Studios.
Film works screened at the mixer included teasers of “God Thinks You’re a Loser”, produced by Gary Chason, Andrew Fraser, and Sue Rock, “This Feels Right”, a new Maidenform Bra ad whose video content was produced by Robin Blesch of WPFG Studios, and demo footage showcasing the similarity in quality between footage shot with the new Red One camera made by the RED Digital Cinema Camera Company, and normal 35MM film. During the mixer, director of photography, Dustin Cross gave physical demonstrations of the abilities of the Red One camera to those in attendance.
