Stirling Sotheby`s International Realty offers new Concierge Outreach Sales Program to help spur global real estate sales

launched a new Concierge Outreach Sales Program through the company’s world
marketing center, the Global Gallery.

Press Release Body: The $4.5 million Global Gallery opened earlier this year in the
penthouse of the north tower of The Plaza at Orange Ave. and Church St. in downtown
Orlando.



Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, said
the Concierge Outreach Sales Program will target both real estate brokers and buyers
worldwide with a heavy focus on Florida, Northeast USA, Canada and the UK.



Stirling Sotheby’s Concierge Outreach Sales team will be showcasing and selling the
many new home communities on display in the Global Gallery as well as Stirling
Sotheby’s sponsored property auctions and unique property listings through direct
phone contact, e-marketing strategies, Internet and webinars.



Soderstrom said he recently appointed Robert Johanson managing director for global
sales to head the Concierge Outreach Sales Program. Johanson has more than 20 years
of experience working with similar programs, Soderstrom said.



“It is our goal to be participating in worldwide sales worth in excess of $1 Billion
a year out of the Global Gallery within two years.



The Concierge Outreach Sales Team has become part of the Global Gallery on site
sales team which also hosts 2-3 marketing events weekly at the Global Gallery and
sky terrace patio.
