Press Release Body: January 11, 2008 – New York, NY - New York Street Shots (NYSS)
www.newyorkstreetshots.com is a new photography website that is focused on creating
a visual time capsule of New York. This site is a collection of artistic yet
realistic photographs captured every single day by a team of local photojournalists.
Each photographer’s perspective allows the essence and personality of New York to
come alive.

NYSS’ goal is to create a unique image database that visually showcases the
multitude of cultures, conditions and trends found throughout New York. In addition
to becoming a destination that provides visitors with a slice of life in the Big
Apple, NYSS will offer photography buyers an alternative to the general mainstream
images that are available today from stock photography agencies.

Workshops and photo safaris will be offered for advanced amateurs and photography
enthusiasts. Through education and hands-on experience, participants will be able to
create their own New York story.
