Allen brings more than 30 years of experience in the communication industry during which time he has held numerous executive management positions.

Allen has co-founded three technology startup start-ups and has participated several times in the developing companies from early stage start-ups to successful acquisitions and IPOs.

Formerly, Mr. Adams was a co-founder, Chairman and CEO of IPCell Technologies which was acquired by Cisco Systems in 2000. Following the acquisition of IPCell, Mr. Adams was General Manager of the Broadband VoIP business unit of Cisco Systems until 2002. Prior to IPCell, Mr. Adams was Sr.VP of DSC Communications where he worked for over19 years after starting the company in 1979.
