Personal Chef Alan Offers Healthy Eating Alternatives for Busy People

Released on = July 14, 2007, 10:27 am

Press Release Author = Chef Alan Rosenfeld

Industry = Food & Beverage

Press Release Summary = Chef Alan personalizes dining for people on the go

Press Release Body = July 14, 2007—San Francisco, CA – Who Has Time to Cook? is
Personal Chef Alan’s new personal chef service providing busy and hectic San
Francisco Bay Area residents with healthy, fresh, and delicious cuisine made to
order for time-starved professionals, expecting or new mothers, dinner parties,
families on the go, elderly parents, and birthday and anniversary celebrations.

From the initial planning stages to clean up, Chef Alan customizes menus, does the
grocery shopping, cooks, labels, stores, and cleans up. “Hectic lives have pushed
all of us to rush through life without ever having taken the time to slow down and
enjoy the gift of living,” says Chef Alan, a San Francisco resident since 1991. “For
me, eating is living. And eating a satisfying meal with the ones you love is a gift
everyone should give themselves each and every day.”

Is a Personal Chef Service a luxury, or is it a necessity? Chef Alan says, “Most
people think it is a luxury they can’t afford. But once they calculate the costs of
transportation to a restaurant, babysitting costs, and gratuities– my service is
very affordable.

“Ultimately, I make my guests smile and nothing makes me happier to see people
enjoying my food creations,” continues Chef Alan who is an active and certified
member of the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA) and dedicated to
excellence in the industry. He’s appeared on Check Please, Bay Area on KQED, and was
featured in the Best of San Francisco Magazine 2006. For seven years, Chef Alan has
been a volunteer with Project Open Hand which provides nutrition services to people
living with HIV/AIDS and other critical illnesses and to seniors.
