Malcolm R O`Neill, Former Lockheed Martin Corp CTO, Joins Board of Auxilia, Inc

that Dr. Malcolm R. O\'Neill, Lt Gen USA (ret.), former Chief Technical Officer of
Lockheed Martin Corporation has joined Auxilia’s Board of Directors.

At Lockheed, Dr. O’Neill was responsible for research, engineering, program
management, and technical integration functions throughout the corporation. He
directly managed corporate R&D activities, including long-term technology
initiatives with General Electric Corporation and Sandia National Laboratories.

He joined Lockheed following a distinguished 34-year career in the U.S. Army where
he served as Director, Ballistic Missile Defense Organization; Deputy Director,
Strategic Defense Initiative Organization; Director, Army Acquisition Corps;
Commander, Army Laboratory Command; and Deputy for Program Assessment and
International Cooperation, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Research,
Development and Acquisition).

Lt Gen O’Neill was also Project Manager, Multiple Launch Rocket System; Deputy
Project Manager, NATO Patriot Systems; and Program Manager, Strategic Fire Control
Systems, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.

A native of Chicago, Illinois, Dr. O\'Neill received his Bachelor of Science in
Physics from De Paul University, the Master of Arts and Doctorate in Physics from
Rice University. He is currently Chairman of the Board on Army Science and
Technology for the National Academies and National Research Council; a member of the
US Army Ordnance Hall-of-Fame; and received the designation of Honorary Fellow from
the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He also serves on the
Board of Edmund Optics and Draper Labs.
