financials – showing a 34% growth in revenues from 2004. The increased results
appear to be due to a strengthened market share especially in Europe. By regions,
the firm’s revenues apportion 52.6% to Europe, Middle-East and Africa (EMEA), 32.6%
to the Americas and 14.8% to the Asia Pacific region.

Alain Tanugi, Chairman observed: “Towards the end of 2005 the hiring trend seemed to
slow down in North America, while it was still on the up in Europe & Asia Pacific.
The trend at the end of the first quarter of 2006 shows growth in all markets. I
