“human-centric” organizations. While all companies extensively plan, they must
ensure that company employees are behind the company and its leadership and will
actively execute the plan. “Even with a sound plan, the plan could fail if company
employees are unhappy, view the plan as against their interests, or leave for other
company during the transition.”
