SuperGrads focuses exclusively on new graduates (at bachelor, master and doctoral
level) up to three years after graduation, and undergraduates seeking work
experience. Through the website, graduates can compile their CV in a format most
useful to employers, who then use the SuperGrads search facilities to find students
and graduates to fill their vacancies.

Available 24/7, SuperGrads greatly increases the speed with which graduates can be
hired after university. Employers can identify specific areas of qualification and
break CVs down further into such factors as geographical region or university.
SuperGrads eliminates the need to advertise or wait for graduates to fill in and
send applications, resulting in reduced costs for employers and swifter employment
for graduates.

“Graduates want to be hired quickly and there are thousands of companies who really
want to employ them” explains SuperGrads founder Aidan Barnett, himself a recent
graduate, “I speak to employers right across the world and they all say the same
thing – they need a new way of contacting graduates as the old recruitment methods

Employers contact their potential new employees through the SuperGrads contact
system. Aidan Barnett explains further: “Thanks to the SuperGrads contact system the
privacy of our graduates is always protected. Only if a graduate specifically
releases their contact details does the employer get to know those details,
otherwise our system brokers the contact safely.”
