The three-day program is designed to help aspiring women in management positions to bring their career to the next level and become and powerful executives. “This program will not only help women become executives, but those who are new executives
will increase there skills and develop the tools to do highly effective business upon their return” said Thayne Lewis project manager. The number of attendants will be limited to 20 to ensure that each student gets a personalized education and a good understanding of the subject matter.

Participants will attend a luncheon with the New Jersey Executives Club where Roy Vagelos, former CEO of Merk will be speaking. Professors from some of the top business universities in the United States such as Wharton and Berkeley will give lectures on hard business skills. Therese Crowley, president of Seventhcom and author of “Secrets of Life”; Camille Macchio, President of Discover Alternatives; and Linda Buccigrosse, president of Sentinel Solutions will give workshops and teach women first hand what it takes to succeed.
